Our founder, Jesse Mc Gough, has been cooking meats with wood for almost his entire life, and it is with great pleasure he now brings you Cuckoos Nest BBQ.
Selected items include American Wagyu Beef, Duroc Pork, Free Range Whole Chickens, Organic Wisconsin Cheese, Farmers Market Vegetables, and the best oak we can get our hands on. All meats are hand rubbe, oak smoked, and all sides are made by hand the old-fashioned way.
